With upbeat and empowered management along with a dedication to the highest standards in the food service, the Brio Bravo Restaurant Group has brought their newest store to the Danbury area adding zest to the local palette.
Brio is a Tuscan grille with an atmosphere that is focused on their guests. The restaurant’s general manager, Michael Eddy said Brio’s defining characteristics are based on “Two things, our food and our service … we project hospitality. There’s a difference between service and hospitality. Service is something that’s done to you, it’s mechanical, hospitality is something that’s done for you. It kind of pulls out an emotion.”
Truly committed to see that his customers are served well, Michael Eddy has a vision for Brio to be more than just a place to eat once, but an establishment in which positive “loyal lifelong guests” are earned.
There are several restaurants in the Danbury Mall, but Brio sticks out because they cook all of their food from scratch, giving you the tastes and flavors of an authentic European meal.
As Eddy said, “there’s nothing like us in the Danbury area.”
Everything from the house salad with fresh blue cheese, chopped tomatoes, crisp chopped onions and black olives to the chocolate mousse cake was packed with flavor to the last bite.
Dedicated to creating a guest following, Brio’s crowning creation is the dessert presentation. Five glasses of Dolchinos samplers are displayed on a tasteful platter and gushed about by savvy waiters along with a variety of decadent, soft, sweet cakes and other diverse delights.
Brio not only provides you a pleasant ambiance but a great value as you dine like Tuscany while in Danbury.
Dinner courses will cost you anywhere from $9.50 to $26. The ‘Mushroom Ravioii al Forno’ is an exquisite blend of mushrooms, alfredo sauce and crispy bread crumbs that added a texture that was pleasing for $14.95. The rich and creamy tasting ‘Pasta fraDiavolo’ dish with chicken for $14.95.
On the opening day Eddy said, “Its going wonderful. We are being very well received … our president, the president of our company is here today. He is talking to people and listening to their comments as they are leaving and it’s very positive, they just, they’re so glad to see us. It’s a welcome addition to the restaurant family in Danbury.”
